Librium Tech provides access to automated, algorithm-driven trading strategies through a PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module) model. Trades are executed in your own brokerage account. We do not hold, manage, or have direct access to your funds.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
5. Risk Disclosure
All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Target or projected returns are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7. Referral Programme
Users may participate in the Librium referral programme by sharing a unique referral link. Librium Tech is not responsible for the actions taken by referred users.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — is the property of Librium Tech or its licensors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Librium Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
Librium Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
